With Sapien, rapid, affordable, and simplified implementation is a reality. Using Sapien's configurable, 100% web-native platform, with integrated HRMS and HCM functionality, and cross-platform workflow, security, query, setup, roles, and reporting, most installations can be completed in less than a week at no cost. Sapien offers the following Implementation and Support plans at
no additional cost as part of a multi-year subscription contract. Additional Implementation can be requested and can be delivered rapidly at a low cost given the configurable nature of the Sapien platform. For every project, Sapien assigns an account executive, a project manager, and technical resources. Where additional work is involved, customer specifications will be written, and if the work is billable, a fixed bid or estimate will be prepared in advance for sign off by the customer.

Initial import of customer data per Sapien format/template from one data source. |

| Custom Forms and Reports: |

Configuration of upto five existing forms or reports; changes limited to formatting of text items, suppression of unused fields, and cosmetic changes. |

| Security: |

Setup of standard Self-Service, Manager, Power User, and Administrator roles, groups, and permissions. |

| Standard Customer Support package for Sapien.HRMS or Sapien.HCM Editions: |
| At no additional cost, Sapien provides 'Second Level' Support for all customers via our 800 support number from 8am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Second level support is reserved for Power Users and Administrators for customer unresolved technical/functional problems. 'First level' application/end-user support, including all functionality, shall be provided by customer for Power Users, Self-Service and Manger Self-Service users. Additional time zone support available on case by case basis and at extra cost.
Application availability support provided by standard terms of Master Subscription Agreement. International support is available by request. |

| Upgrades: |
| As part of the Subscription/ASP Service, upgrades for minor releases, maintenance releases and technical/bug patches are included at not cost. Major platform upgrades or migrations may come at additional cost and customer will always be notified well in advance. |
