Morristown, NJ – August 19, 2009 – Sapien LLC, the on-demand HR services company that combines transactional and strategic HR in one global solution, today announced that it has been selected as the Global HR Solution by an investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company as it completes the acquisition of Drew Marine. Commenting on the selection of Sapien, Managing Partner Ryan Tweedie said, “There is nothing in our business that is more gratifying than being recognized as the right HR solution for a global customer. We are honored to have been selected, and to have this new divestiture join the community of other newly-divested midmarket globals that have selected Sapien in the past year.”

The divestiture is slated to close on August 31, 2009.
