Once approved, requisitions can be automatically posted to any third party Job Board such as Monster.com or CareerBuilder.com domestically or internationally, preferred recruitment agencies or launch your own internal career site with Sapien’s configurable Career Site webpage. Additionally, Sapien offers a comprehensive Resume Parsing engine that is fully integrated into our Recruiting module.

With the Recruitment module sharing the same database as our HRMS database, you will realize a great ROI as all Applicant and Requisition data is fully transferable to-and-from the Recruitment and HRMS modules. No more double entry or data entry errors again.
