Rapid Deployment Enables Company to be Operational with Global HRMS in Months
Morristown, NJ – April 13, 2009 – Sapien LLC, the on-demand HR services company that combines transactional and strategic HR in one global solution, today announced that new client Systagenix has officially gone live with Sapien Global HRMS. Sapien was selected by One Equity Partners (OEP) after its acquisition of the Professional Wound Care business from Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson Company in 4th Quarter, 2008.
Requiring a complete HRMS solution with the necessary functionality to manage a global workforce that spans 14 countries, Sapien was responsible for the smooth integration of all existing data and for implementation of the complete Global HRMS. Sapien’s HRMS is integrated with Systagenix’s payroll provider, UK-based ActivPayroll. Additional modules, including Sapien Recruitment, are expected to be added as the new company evolves.
According to Chris Mueller, VP Business Development for Sapien and sales lead on Systagenix, Sapien was selected because the company was regarded as the one provider with the capability of providing a global HRMS solution along with the ability to grow with integrated recruitment and talent management capabilities down the road. “The efficiency of the entire process from initiation to Go Live is a real testament to the ability of both companies to respect and work against critical deadlines in a most productive fashion,” Mueller said.
