Sapien is pleased to announce the addition of three Sapien.HCM customers, Trammell Crow, Verizon Wireless, and Capital One. All three customers have implemented Sapien’s Human Capital Management platform for Succession, Performance, Training, Skills & Competencies, Recruitment, and Org Charting. All three customers alike have adopted multi-year subscription contracts. Sapien was chosen for the configurable nature of the platform and the true subscription, on-demand, Software as a Service pricing and implementation.
Sapien’s HCM platform in addition to the abovementioned functionality includes Compensation Planning and 360/Multi-Rater Feedback & Survey. Sapien’s HCM platform is 100% web-native, pure subscription/ASP, and offers modular functionality with cross-platform configuration tools for setup, search/query, reporting, workflow, and security. Sapien also offers a full HRMS platform that integrates with any HCM module.
