Sapien launches second generation Global Compliance capabilities within its HRMS application. The service tracks country level statutory compliance items and provides direct feedback and best practice guidance to its client base. Michael Bekiarian, General Manager of Sapien believes the service is a true differentiator within the HRMS space. Mr. Bekiarian states, “Our Global Compliance Monitoring service helps our clients make critical decisions in what types of compliance related items and alerts they would like to include in their build for tracking and reporting”. When fully released, the service will provide statutory compliance capture of key elements in more than 50 countries native within the core Sapien application.
