Performance Management

Sapien’s Performance Management module is designed to fit around your processes, and to reflect how you want to engage with your employees. Performance Management Screens can be configured to reflect the information you want to display and workflows automatically route tasks and information to the right people at the right time, triggering reminders to help ensure Performance Management project deadlines are met.

Tools are available to automate Performance Planning with manager/employee input to collect objectives, ratings and goals to promote collaboration of all in the process. Additional HCM functionality includes historic plan maintenance, integration of succession and development into performance and cascading objectives, and the ability to generate vital reports allowing you to identify high performers as well as those who may need support.
