Leadership Team

Payam Fallah is a co-founder of Sapien and is responsible for sales activities for global mid-market accounts and for the company’s marketing programs. Payam has experience in the HRMS and HCM software market working with Fortune 1000 firms globally.

As a Partner in Sapien, Payam managed and developed the training and support services for Sapien before taking on his current duties. As Director of Training and Support, Payam was responsible for the development and guidance of client services from all aspects of HRMS and HCM functionality as well as enhancements for current accounts.

Prior to Sapien, Payam’s experience came from HRSoft where he worked in the Succession Planning and Organizational Charting market as well as from Insight Consulting where he worked as a solutions assistant.

Payam holds a BA in Business Administration from Hartwick College.
