Payroll Integration

Sapien provides a full suite of tools to manage your organization’s payroll with full integration to your Sapien HRMS system. Payroll can be tracked, updated, and run using any number of configurable and parameterized pay plans. Payroll can be exported, incrementally, to other payroll providers like Ceridian, ADP, Paychex, etc. or any local payroll providers around the world using Sapien’s pre-configured payroll templates for various countries. Payroll groups, frequencies, deductions, contributions, can all be managed within Sapien along with any relevant absenteeism data and then simply exported under your control to any payroll processor worldwide.

The Sapien system provides two options for transferring data to your selected payroll bureau:

1. Through the use of pre-developed and configurable automated data conduits. The data conduits will automatically pull the current active data from Sapien and upload it to as many different payroll bureaus required via a secure FTP. Sapien will do this based on the required data fields, frequencies, payroll groups, etc. required by your organization’s policies so you’ll always be in compliance and never have to think about it again.
2. If you’re selected payroll bureau does not have a utility for accepting automated data feeds from external databases then Sapien can also produce a regularly scheduled Change Summary Report, which can be uploaded manually to your payroll processor per the required frequencies. Sapien will configure each report to map directly to the data fields in the payroll processor’s database so transferability is seamless.
