Rick Roscitt, Chairman

Richard R. "Rick" Roscitt is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of management experience in all facets of large and small, public and private Corporate governance. Rick has led large "brick and mortar" operations; Internet based startup operations as well as corporate turn-around situations, with equal success. Former positions include President of AT&T Solutions, CEO ADC Solutions, and President and COO of MCI. Rick received a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Cum Laude) from Stevens Institute of Technology and earned an MBA in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Ryan Tweedie, Managing Partner

Ryan Tweedie is a co-founder and is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of Sapien overseeing sales, marketing, and business development efforts globally. Ryan has fifteen years of technology, operational, sales, and Human Resources experience in the HRMS and HCM industry. Ryan has worked with over 200 organizations globally, most well-known, to implement HRMS and HCM software tools. Ryan’s predecessor company in partnership with Sapien’s European partner, Cezanne Software, pioneered the revolutionary Sapien SaaS platform in 2002 which is in its fifth major release today.
Prior to joining Sapien, Ryan spent ten years with HRSoft, a world-leader in HCM solutions for Global 1,000 organizations with over 100 major customers including DuPont, Chase, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, and EDS. HRSoft was sold to a public company in 2004. During his tenure, Ryan occupied a succession of roles: IT Manager, Implementation Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, VP Sales, Co-CEO, and ultimately CEO for the final three years. Prior to HRSoft, Ryan worked in technology positions with Thomson Financial and Simmons Company. Ryan over his career has formed key relationships with major vendors like Peoplesoft and Microsoft, has spoken at major HR conferences with customers like Johnson and Johnson and Pepsi, and has been interviewed for major publications like CEO magazine.

David Rossi, Managing Partner

David Rossi is a co-founder of Sapien and is now responsible for setting the Operational, Development and Technology strategy for Sapien. David brings over 25 years of experience in the technology and business management fields to Sapien and has been featured on major news outlets as an expert in the field of technology.
Prior to founding Sapien, David Rossi formed Digital Office Systems in 1982 to provide high-level strategic IT consulting to Fortune 500 organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. David went on to form Insight Consulting which for five years took on major projects and generated revenue of 5M with 50 full time employees. Insight Consulting was sold to RCMT (NASD: RCMT) in 1999 and David became VP of RCMT and later moved on to major IT consulting projects for Cendant Corporation in Parsippany, NJ.

James Boyko, Vice President, Sales

James Boyko is VP Sales, responsible for Sales and Account Management in the Eastern Region of the US and all Non-US locations. James is also responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with channel partners. A seasoned sales professional and corporate director, James has over a dozen years of experience in the collection, maintenance, manipulation and evaluation of data through cutting-edge software applications.
Prior to joining Sapien, James was responsible for day-to-day operations, sales, support and product development for The Americas at EcoWin AB, a Swedish provider of global economic and financial data operating on a Windows-based application. Acquired by Reuters America, LLC in 2005, James fully integrated EcoWin into Reuters before accepting his position with Sapien in late 2007.

Payam Fallah, Partner, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

|
Payam Fallah is one of the co-founders of Sapien and is responsible for sales activities for global mid-market accounts and the company’s marketing programs. Payam has over five years of experience in the HRMS & HCM software market working with Fortune 1000 firms globally.
As a Partner in Sapien, Payam managed and developed the training and support services for Sapien before taking on his current duties. As Director of Training and Support, Payam was responsible for the development and guidance of client services from all aspects of HRMS and HCM functionality as well as enhancements for current accounts.
Previous to Sapien, Payam had begun his background in the HR and Technology industries working at HRSoft in the Succession Planning and Organizational Charting market as well as at Insight Consulting as a solutions assistant.
Payam holds a BA in Business Administration from Hartwick College.

Jackie Parker, Vice President, Client Services

Jackie Parker is responsible for the Client Services division of Sapien. In this role, she oversees Client Training and Support, Shared Services and the Human Resources Augmentation (HRA) service offerings of Sapien. Jackie brings more than a decade of organizational development experience to her position.
Jackie’s experience base covers both the public and private sectors. She has managed everything from multi-million dollar workforce development projects for the Department of Labor to business process projects in industries ranging from financial services to technology, transportation, logistics and more. She has served as the NJ Regional Director for a leader in business process outsourcing and affiliated computer services, and as a HR consultant where she leveraged her technology savvy and business process expertise to maximize efficiencies across functional teams.
Jackie oversees the entire support operation at Sapien.

Kenneth L. Nadzak, Chief Financial Officer, Controller
|

|
Ken Nadzak is responsible for financial planning, controls and accounting functions for Sapien. A 30+ year veteran of the accounting profession, Ken has spent the majority of his career working for small to medium sized companies. He joined Sapien in November 2007.
A specialist in accounting and taxation, Ken has developed, implemented and monitored SOPs and strategies for several rapidly growing companies, as well as for companies experiencing corporate change events such as divestitures and acquisitions.
Ken earned his BA in Accounting and his MBA in Accounting and Taxation at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Richard Luke, Jr., Vice President, Implementation Services

Richard Luke is responsible for project management and oversight of a team of project managers that ensure successful implementation and delivery of Sapien projects. A goal-oriented professional with broad-based experience in everything from customer service to implementation, administration, maintenance, sales, software development and more, Rich is particularly well-suited to the needs of mid-market companies.
Rich began his career at ADP, progressing from Customer Service Coordinator to Senior Project Manager where he managed the implementation for ADP’s HR/Perspective product while serving as a consultant to clients in the setup of their HRIS systems. He then worked in project management at two other firms before joining Sapien.
Rich received his BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University and has earned several additional certifications reflecting his ongoing commitment to education and professional excellence.

Glenn P. Holzmacher, Development & Software Implementation Manager

Glenn Holzmacher has been with Sapien since its inception and has been responsible for everything from network security and design to exchange administration to website management and more. Today, Glenn serves as Implementation Manager, overseeing the customized configurations of the Sapien software for individual client usage and the rollout of that software. Glenn has been personally responsible for these functions on a number of client businesses, including InfoPrint, Capital One and Verizon Wireless.
Prior to joining Sapien, Glenn served as Network Administrator, Webmaster and SQL database administrator at HRSoft LLC, and he designed and implemented a web based ASP application for the Customer Service team at Organon Pharmaceutical prior to joining HRSoft.
Glenn graduated from The Chubb Institute in Network Design and Security, and holds a number of professional certifications.

David P. Pelletier, Development & Software Implementation Manager

Dave Pelletier joined Sapien in April 2007 as an Implementation Specialist. Today, Dave is an Implementation Manger, specializing in project implementation and systems development. Dave recently completed a full HRMS implementation for Catalent, following its divestiture from Cardinal Health Systems.
Prior to joining Sapien, Dave handled software installation and customer support for Benjamin Moore. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering as well as several professional certifications.

Martin Gertler, Vice President, Marketing

Martin is President and Founder of The Gertler Group, a marketing/communications consultancy. His firm serves as the marketing liaison for Sapien and he functions as the Vice President of Marketing in the Sapien organization.
A 25+ year veteran of high-profile advertising agencies and communications firms like Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Gotham Incorporated and The Rowland Company, Martin brings an understanding of branding, marketing, communication and customer engagement to the Sapien team.
Martin works closely with Payam Fallah in the development and implementation of the Sapien marketing program.
