A range of data regarding Health and Safety can be tracked historically for all employees in the organization. Unique Health and Safety plans can be configured, and rolled out to employees or organizational units. Reporting for legal or organizational compliance is easily achieved with the global reporting tool.
Compliance
Compliance information can be collected, queried on, and reported using Sapien’s HRMS system. Specific batch and demographic reporting can be configured for your organization’s filing. All data can be easily and carefully secured and collected. Furthermore, all data in the entire database, including all HCM modules, can be regulated with full auditing capabilities and history of edits by users.
Grievances and Discipline
Disciplinary actions and Grievance submissions can be tracked within the service. Case management and the ability to historically log, query, and report against activities are available. Tracking such data is critical to managing the realities of any enterprise. Appropriate reporting can be achieved on a regular basis to achieve compliance both legally and within organization guidelines.
Handbooks
Authoring and narrative tools are available to either build or import/configure company handbooks, policies, and procedures. Linking to existing HR portals/intranets is also available via Sapien’s integration tools through the Self Service or Administrative interfaces.
