Henry Palacios is responsible for the Professional Services Division of Sapien. This area focuses on the successful implementation and delivery of the Company’s software solutions, utilizing a proven and standardized regimen of processes and procedures for every client. Henry is supported in this area by Project Managers, Business Analysts and a team of highly qualified technicians.

Henry has over 20 years of experience in software development in both the public and private sectors, and has a successful track record of delivering solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Henry has been instrumental in implementing repeatable processes for the delivery of Sapien solutions. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
