Eric Lee presently serves Sapien as SVP Sales with particular emphasis in large, complex, multinational opportunities. A veteran of 20 years in the HR software industry in a variety of capacities, Mr. Lee leverages a diverse HR background and fosters a consultative approach to solving complex business challenges. In addition to leading the Sales effort at Sapien, Mr. Lee is heavily engaged with a variety of existing customers in strategic planning and implementation activities, including MetLife, SABIC Innovative Plastics, Mead Johnson Nutritional, and many other leading global customers.
Prior to joining Sapien in 2007, Mr. Lee served as VP Business Solutions at Workstream Inc, dedicated in particular to the Performance Management, Compensation Planning and eRecruitment vertical markets including customers such as Cendant, Wells Fargo, Accenture, and EDS. Prior to Workstream, Mr. Lee worked as a Manager within Accenture’s Human Capital Line of Business, a specialty practice delivering Human Resources consulting and implementation services to the Fortune 50. During his tenure with Accenture, Mr. Lee led ERP (PSFT, SAP, ORCL) implementation teams with customers including Allied Riser, American Express and Seagate.
Mr. Lee majored in Political Science at Brigham Young University and minored in Spanish w emphasis on Castilian dialect.
