Employee Information
All employee information can be easily tracked and reported against. Custom fields of data can easily be added and configured. Dozens of canned HRMS reports are available across all areas of functionality and the search/query capability enables quick acquisition of data. HRMS data areas include, but are not limited to personal information, work history, disciplinary items, skills, competencies, career planning, appraisals, performance management, training, health and safety incidents, succession planning, and more. All of which can be administered and recorded through Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service or the Administrative Role (Power User).
